Refund Policy

Mint Degen sells digital launch tooling and API access. Crypto payments and blockchain actions can be irreversible.

Pay-per-launch

Launch charges are generally final once a launch job starts, because compute, model calls, blockchain preparation, hosting, and operational work begin immediately.

Failed jobs

If a launch fails before meaningful work is performed, we may restore a credit or retry the job. If third-party networks, RPCs, user wallet issues, or user-provided data cause the failure, refunds are not guaranteed.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable and grant the configured launch quota for the subscription period. Unused quota may expire unless otherwise stated in the product.

API usage

API launches use the same billing path as Telegram launches. Requests triggered by valid API keys are treated as authorized account activity.

Abuse and violations

No refunds are owed for accounts restricted due to abuse, fraud, chargeback behavior, illegal use, or violation of the Terms.
