Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Mint Degen, including the Telegram bot, website, hosted coin pages, and developer API.

Use of the service

You are responsible for the launches, wallets, prompts, domains, API calls, and transactions you create through Mint Degen. Do not use the service for illegal activity, impersonation, fraud, or abusive automation.

Accounts and security

You must keep your account, passwords, wallets, private keys, API keys, and Telegram session secure. API keys are for backend use only and must not be placed in public browser code.

Paid launches

Mint Degen charges for launches through the same account balance, free credits, or subscription quota across Telegram, web, and API surfaces. Prices may change for future launches.

No guarantees

Mint Degen provides creation and launch tooling. It does not guarantee token performance, market cap, liquidity, listings, social traction, profits, uptime, or availability of third-party services.

Third-party services

The product may interact with Telegram, Solana RPC providers, pump.fun, X, hosting infrastructure, and other third-party systems. Their outages, policy changes, fees, or failures are outside our control.

Termination

We may restrict access for abuse, payment failure, security risk, illegal use, or behavior that damages the platform or other users.

Contact

Use the Telegram bot or the future mintdegen.com contact channel for support. These starter terms should be reviewed by counsel before public VPS launch.
